Fully enhance and support your event with a customized audio visual package. For any event hosting 10 to 6,000 guests. Call to setup an appointment. We offer considerable discounts for multi-day seminars, trade-shows, or other corporate events. If you only require a few components, we will help you with that as well, no matter how basic your audio visual equipment need may be.
The Seminar
For those presenting to groups of up to 300. Includes 2 4500 lumen XGA projectors, 2 9’12 front projection fast-fold screens with dress kit. 50 running feet of black velour drape (not cloth), 4 speaker sound system including mixer, amplified speakers, hand-held microphone with stand, wireless audio connection for laptop, and 2 wireless headset (or lapel) microphone systems. A four lamp uplighting kit is included; you pick the colors. Also included is a multi-input presentation switcher and scaler, Audio video tech for 8 hours.

The Workshop
For those presenting to groups of up to 150. Includes a 3500 lumen XGA projector and one 9x12 fast-fold front projection screen (plug and play for computers and DVD players), 30 running feet of black velour drape (not cloth), and a 600 watt sound system including mixer/ amplified speakers, one hardwired vocal microphone with stand, and a wireless headset (or lapel) microphone system. Audio/video tech for 8 hours for presentation/seminar support.

The Conference
Does your conference center already have a house sound system suitable to your needs? Make it sound the best it can with The Conference. Includes; plug and play CD or IPod connection and wireless microphone system. Includes two premium wireless lapel systems, a CD player, and a handheld vocal microphone with stand. Audio mixer is also included in rental.

The Meeting
For those presenting to groups of up to 70. Includes a 2000 lumen XGA projector and eight foot tripod projection screen (plug and play for computers and DVD players) and a sound system including mixer/ amplified speakers, one vocal microphone with stand, and a Sennheiser wireless lapel microphone system.

Be Your Own DJ
Throughing a party at your house? Have CD players, a laptop, or a IPod/mp3 player? Be your own DJ with ease. Play to 150 people with this thumping system. Includes a simple DJ mixer, Mackie sound system with 18” subwoofer (and 2600 watts of power), equalizer, all necessary hookup cables, and a handheld vocal microphone with stand. Includes setup/configuration.

The Performer
Play to 100 people with unbelievable clarity. Includes a 16 channel mixer, Mackie sound system including 2 x 12” powered main speakers, two SRM 450 stage monitor, 18” subwoofer (2600 watts of power), equalizer, all necessary cables, and a wireless handheld vocal microphone with stand.

The Wedding Ceremony
Have your ceremony heard with ease and superb clarity with this unobtrusive and fantastic sounding audio system. Includes four wireless microphone systems (three lapel systems, color matched to the bride, groom, and one wireless handheld vocal mic for readings and soloists). Includes precise auto adjustment for all microphones, automatic microphone mixing, and extra inputs for keyboards and MP3/CD players. Audio Technician is included.

The Stage
Give your performers solid, stable elevation on any terrain with The Stage. Consisting of 4x8’ risers, measuring 12 feet wide by 8 feet deep and 8 to 22 inches high, the stage will accommodate virtually any setup. Includes one set of stairway. Includes delivery, setup and leveling, and removal.
The Full Stage
Add sound wings, a roof with 16 PAR56 light fixtures, and two stairways to The Stage. Also includes a 10’x10’ tent for the house mixing position.
The Festival
For outdoor ceremonies, concerts, and music festivals. Includes, The Full Stage package, sound/lighting package, to accommodate chamber orchestras, jazz bands, rock bands, dance teams, and critical speech to 1,000 people. Includes sound/lighting system operator, MacBook Pro with large music library, and choice of DJ software.
