Hi, I'm Ron Ipach, president of the CinRon Marketing Group in mason Ohio. I just got finished with my 10th annual super boot camp 2008. I had Ben do the most phenomenal  job working the video cameras and the audio that I have ever had in my life. I first saw Ben Ellingson at another seminar and I was so impressed with the sound quality and the professionalism of what he did, I just had to get his number. So I gave him a call and had him come to my next event and he's done another phenomenal job for me. A lot of times you 'll go into a seminar setting and the sound quality just isn't what it needs to be and you’ll find people in the audience kinda drifting off and not really paying a whole lot of attention. A lot of people under estimate how important it is to have great sound and I've found, especially when I'm on stage, to have the sound fill the entire room, and keep everybody engaged in what I am talking about, helps me and helps the attendees learn a whole lot more. So never under estimate how important it is to have a great quality sound system. Ben, thank you buddy, you made my event super successful!!

First of all let me tell about Muffy and Duffy that I used at my last event thinking I could save a few bucks! Not that’s not their real names but we’ll call ‘em that for now. Wow, these guys cost me BIG time in the end. Let's see there was the hardware they used that was older than a model T Ford and the quality reflected it. There were the mics that went out during most presenters’ presentations. There was the video that they couldn't figure out how to sync several of my invited speakers laptops to their ancient video projector that was bigger than some condos I’ve seen that had a fuzzy dim picture..... They were never ready (never had the speakers miced up when they were supposed to.) Of course that caused uncomfortable delays in the Boot Camp. Oh, how about the break music that was either Kiss or something so slow and boring it was putting people to sleep. Lastly, when I got the final edited version over 1 month later and watched it only to find out that half of the last day was missing because of ????????? Almost forgot Muffy and Duffy got the most remarks in the “what could be improved on” part of my event comment sheet. I guess the bickering between Muffy and Duffy really was the talk of the Boot Camp.


Now as for Ben and EAV; I will never use anyone else again!! I have seen him on the real estate speaker  circuit for several years. This guy has state of the art equipment and does everything right. He uses Mackie speakers, not JBL, or something else. In short; they rock! In a good way and will deliver understandable syntax and music during the breaks that will keep your students’ energy up. He has given me FREE videos of my presentation after I was off stage (that I use to improve my presentation) which makes more money for the promoter next time (what a concept). His staff is so professional. When I am done at the sales table and I ask him for my computer back it''s magically perfectly packed up and the materials I left at the podium are all there too. I guess I could sum it up this way: If you want to have an event with as little acid indigestion as you can HIRE HIM! Oh, and one more thing, he is a gentleman. I really like the guy (what a concept)!!!
